Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding as needed to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing communication and observation skills. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology facility, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions. Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities during assigned shifts. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure environment within the technology and data center location. Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and / or exiting the facility, following established procedures. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate as required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Professional - Media Facility Patrol Driver in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and regular patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will embody our values of agility, reliability, and innovation by working collaboratively and always acting with integrity to support a welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site.
