Regional Sales Manager, West

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-growth food and / or beverage sales at a regional level. Demonstrated success in new account acquisition and territory expansion within the Food Service industry. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in driving growth within the Food Service channel by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across the region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry, particularly in building new business pipelines, cultivating strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting & Cold Calling : Actively source and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and territory prospecting with a true "hunter" mentality.
  • New Account Development : Open new accounts and expand market share by building a client base from the ground up in the B2B food service space.
  • Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including restaurant owners, executive chefs, purchasing managers, and distributors.
  • Strategic Sales Planning : Create and execute territory-specific sales strategies and business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Pipeline Management : Manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through effective territory management and deal execution.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations : Deliver engaging product presentations and tastings to prospective clients, effectively communicating the brand value and differentiators.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel : Conduct frequent in-person visits throughout the assigned territory to develop relationships, close business, and support existing accounts.

  • Job Details :

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 40% of the time).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Pay Range : $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 Salary, bonus eligible
