We’re seeking a humble, hungry, smart, and proactive SEO Specialist to join our team remotely. This role reports to the Director of Content as part of a team of SEOs who collaborate with Editors, Copywriters, Designers, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Partnerships, Social, Video, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies and tactics to drive organic traffic growth
• Conduct keyword and competitive analysis and perform audits to identify optimization opportunities, technical and on-page issues
• Collaborate with the Content team to develop an editorial content calendar that supports SEO goals and the marketing funnel
• Optimize website content, structure, metadata, and other elements to improve search engine rankings
• Collaborate with the Digital Media Specialist on content to attract high-quality backlinks and perform link-building campaigns
• Work with Content and Design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and share knowledge with the SEO team and others
• Use AI per company guidelines to create efficiencies at scale, perform research, automate rote work, and improve analysis
• Coordinate with resource providers (Copywriters, Designers, etc.) in the execution of the SEO strategy
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Compensation Range : $60k / yr – $80k / yr
