Position Highlights
- Provide direct psychiatric care to inpatients, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Oversee medication management and ensure evidence-based clinical practices are followed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuity and coordination of care within the psychiatric department
- Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and other clinical staff as assigned
