Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care. We offer same-day appointments and online scheduling. We are slated to open a brand-new Medical Office Building in 2026 and looking to expand our Primary Care services by hiring additional physicians into the practice We will entertain BE / BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Med / Peds providers. Services :

• Preventive health care
• Sick care
• Well-child checks
• Adolescent health
• Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Screening tests
• Nutrition counseling
