Automotive Technical Support Representative

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide automotive parts support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge

Assist customers with automotive sales questions and installation support

Relay customer feedback to the Sales and Engineering Teams for product improvement

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience; ASE Automotive Certification preferred

Vehicle maintenance experience is required

2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred
