Location : Santa Monica, CA any Disney office (4 days Onsite)

Pay Range : $65.00 - $70.00 Per Hour on W2

Industry Experience : Media engineering or related field, with a focus on content and metadata management for streaming platforms.

Our mission is to enhance viewer experiences across Client's Streaming platforms by ensuring every piece of content is beautifully showcased. This role is ideal for a dedicated Software Engineer eager to contribute to technical design, service implementation, and continuous improvement within a complex microservice and full-stack environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop scalable, maintainable solutions for engineering challenges on ambitious timelines.
• Elevate software quality by adhering to best practices and mentoring junior engineers.
• Clarify ambiguous requirements by proposing solutions and communicating trade-offs.
• Enable junior engineers through mentoring to enhance their technical skills.
• Launch features across full-stack environments and assist in resolving issues through on-call duties.
