This nonprofit is seeking an experienced HR professional to take charge of the full employee experience, compliance, benefits and compensation, and more! This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR leader with HR Business Partner experience ready to make an impact and mentor the rest of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with leadership to support organizational initiatives, HR programs, and policy updates while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Manage benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance.
• Serve as a liaison with external contacts to ensure accurate HR information, smooth processes, and timely resolution of HR issues.
• Spearhead performance management processes, guiding managers through performance evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance to leadership and methods of employee engagement activities to consistently evaluate retention and audit processes for improvement.
• Identify training and development needs for managers and employees and help implement learning programs organization-wide.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
• Evaluate performance, budget, surveys, etc. using data analysis; compile finding reports.
• Communicate with staff at a large-scale on important HR matters using clear and concise communication.
• Be an all-hands-on-deck resource to leadership and ad hoc HR-related requests.
