Job Title : Dev Ops Engineer - Sr

Location : Plano, TX

Duration : ~6 months

Overview :

They are looking for three experienced DevOps Engineers to support the Communication Technology Operations Center. This team is responsible for providing 24 / 7 incident management support and ensuring operational stability across critical cloud and data infrastructure.

The selected engineers will contribute to automation, cloud operations, and monitoring initiatives, supporting ongoing projects that enhance reliability, scalability, and performance within AWS and related ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Support AWS cloud operations and infrastructure automation.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents as part of 24 / 7 operations.

Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code templates (e.g., YAML, JSON).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and observability using tools such as Splunk and Snowflake.

Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous availability of systems and services.

Skills

AWS Services : EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudTrail, CloudWatch.

Programming / Scripting : Python, Scala, or Java.

Data / Logging Tools : Snowflake, Splunk.

Configuration / Automation : YAML, JSON, Terraform (preferred).

Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience in high-availability environments.
