Recreation Lifeguard- Part-Time

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Recreation Lifeguard to join our dynamic group. As a part-time Recreation Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary :

As a Recreation Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests at all times. You will also be required to maintain cleanliness of pool areas, answer guest questions, provide information on recreation equipment and towel rentals, and host supervised children's activities.

Responsibilities :

Ensure the well-being and safety of our guests

Keep pool areas clean

Answer guest questions

Provide information and assist in recreation equipment / towel rentals

Host supervised children's activities

Read stories and provide refreshments

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Current certification in lifeguarding (CPR / AED / First Aid)

Ability to swim and perform rescues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
