• Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of LDRP exp (RN); 2 years of Surgical Tech experience specific to OB
• RN : BLS, ACLS, EFM, NRP

Surg Tech : BLS required, national certification (CST) is preferred but not required

Must have the skillset to work LDRP

RN : Experience with the all aspects of LDRP patient care, circulating c-sections, experience with newborn care to include heel sticks, 24 hr testing, NAS scoring, lactation support

Surg Tech : examples : Decontamination / Sterilization experience, sterile technique, comfortable providing assistance with vaginal and cesarean delivery
