The Project Manager is responsible for the overall successful execution, management, profitability and timely completion of assigned construction projects. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management a plus but not required. A great opportunity for the right candidate. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in roadway / highway design and project management.
• Proficiency with design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and InRoads / OpenRoads .
• Strong understanding of AASHTO, MUTCD, and state DOT design standards .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule.
