Concierge

We are a beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitating facility conveniently located in Brewster, NY.  We are looking for a per diem Concierge to assist with meeting the needs of our residents and their families.

The Concierge is responsible for coordinating guest hospitality services for residents and family members within the facility. This position is a key in creating a positive service environment. The successful candidate will create and maintain a strong relationship with staff in all departments by encouraging communication, collaboration, and dedication to customer service and quality improvement. This position offers opportunities to work directly with local and corporate leadership teams to develop, maintain and exceed service experience and culture within the facility.

Qualifications :

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a long-term care setting is ideal
• Must be a team-player and maintain a positive working relationship with all staff
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and telephone skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a professional attitude and a willingness to accept new challenges
