About the Role >

The Deburring Operator will operate assigned equipment for work orders in a safe and productive manner. We require someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently alone or in a team. If youre a team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude, wed like to meet you!

Responsibilities >

• Operates, inserts, and removes metal materials in a variety of manufacturing equipment including tumblers, belt sanders, and deburring equipment.
• Work with laser operators to move materials, brake parts out of laser skeletons, and deburr edges.
• Ensures product produced meets or exceeds customer specs.
• Reviews work orders and follows process specifications to avoid costly errors while meeting or exceeding production efficiency.
• Accurately count parts and pass on to next operation and follow all safety steps and procedures to ensure safe equipment operations.
• Stop process if non-conformance exists, notify Plant Manager.
• Provides continuous updates to Plant Manager as required.
