Evening Mental / Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

$1500 Sign On Bonus

KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Center :   Columbia, MO

Pay : $18.00-$21.65 per hour - Depending on Experience and Education

Shifts Available :   Evening (2 : 00PM-10 : 30PM) OR Overnight (10 : 00PM-8 : 30AM)

Job Summary :

As a Mental / Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will provide for the physical and emotional needs of the clients assigned to your cottage and facilitate a healthy group living experience. You will also participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients. This position is great start to gain experience in the mental health / social services fields!

Responsibilities :

Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients, including :

• Providing meals and snacks
• Assisting with personal care
• Monitoring medication
• Intervening in crisis situations
