A company is looking for a Data Analyst who is naturally curious about data and enjoys making complex datasets more usable and valuable.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by disseminating data to researchers
Ingest, validate, and document data from new sources to ensure quality and usability
Provide technical guidance and respond to data inquiries from federal researchers and healthcare analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, public health, or a related field
2+ years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare or government data sector
Strong skills in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
Working knowledge of SAS, R, Stata, Python, or SQL for data manipulation
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
