  • About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Experience Marketing to lead and scale a team across four strategic functions : field marketing, partner marketing, global events, and industry go-to-market. This executive will be responsible for crafting the company's market presence, driving pipeline and expansion, and building strategic alliances. The role demands a top-tier, people-first leader with a proven track record in global, multi-functional marketing, particularly in the SaaS or cloud-native environments. The successful candidate will be expected to set a clear vision, empower their team, and ensure that all marketing efforts are data-backed, purposeful, and ROI-positive. Strong cross-functional influence, operational rigor, and a high-velocity, high-impact work ethic are essential. Candidates for the VP of Growth and Experience Marketing role at the company should have at least 15 years of marketing leadership experience, with a focus on modern B2B go-to-market strategies and the enterprise technology landscape. The role requires a leader who can build and mentor high-performing, inclusive teams, and who has executive-level experience in both product-led growth and enterprise sales. Bonus points are given for experience in marketing to technical audiences, familiarity with open-source go-to-market models, and a background in partner ecosystems and marketplace strategy. The company values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive culture that celebrates different perspectives and experiences.
