This is a contracted appointment that may last up to two years in duration. Paid internships occur throughout the State of Michigan.
Assist the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer in administrative duties including data entry and compiling, coordinating, booking of training for employees and interns, scheduling events as appropriate, drafting agendas, and creating meeting minutes. Accumulate data and start draft reports, update databases, assist with drafting PowerPoint presentations, drafting invitations to trainings and sending emails, and scheduling and maintaining the training database. Coordinate training evaluations, assist with maintaining and updating the internal EEO web page. Other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Based on operational needs and within established limits, remote work and alternate work schedule requests for this position may be considered.

Required Education and Experience : Education typically acquired through completion of high school. Preferred Experience : Two years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including one year equivalent to 6-level administrative support experience.
