Seeking a well-qualified residential Maintenance Technician for a fast-growing property management company in Virginia. Our company, KRS Holdings, is looking for technicians striving to be the best in the region. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to prioritize and complete all tasks assigned in a timely fashion at our apartment communities in the Downtown Richmond, VA area. Being HVAC certified is a plus!

Normal Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M. and will be placed on an on-call rotation for emergency situations.

Job Duties

Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis :

• Electrical and plumbing
• A / C and heating systems
• Appliances
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
• Tile, carpet, flooring
• Interior / exterior lights
• Fireplaces, ceiling fans
• Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
• Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
• Boiler, gas and electric
• Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks
• Ceiling leaks
• Walls
