About The Position

Title : CT Technologist.

Location : New York, NY

Duration : 08 weeks

Shift : 5 days / week, 08 hours / day (Shifts vary : 8 : 00–16 : 00 or 12 : 00–20 : 00, including weekends)

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform CT procedures using appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on all CT equipment prior to patient studies.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate departmental documentation, including logs, charge documents, and equipment reports, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform quality control, quality assurance, and safety tests, adhering to radiation safety guidelines (ALARA principle).
• Retrieve, maintain, and develop patient imaging data for radiologist interpretation.
• Prepare patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses, verify receipt and activity levels, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Assess and respond to patient needs throughout the imaging process to provide safe, accurate, and patient-centered care.
