Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing practice and handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters.

Job Description :

• Represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, construction defect, auto / trucking, and premises liability matters.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective case management.
• Collaborate with partners and team members while independently managing deadlines and case strategy.
