Descripción del trabajoResponsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays and payment details, scheduling follow-up appointments, answering phones, and supporting the front office Team Lead with administrative tasks such as referrals and prior authorizations from insurance companies.EPIC experience is REQUIRED Strong administrative and customer service skills High school graduate; OR associate degree with 1 year of clerical / healthcare experience; OR CAP certification with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Required Education : see experience
