Overview

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Oracle Cloud Function Analyst. Position type : Contract to hire

Duration : 6 months +

Location : Candidate will be able to work 100% remote but prefer close proximity to NYC

Responsibilities

  • Implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM with a focus on the Benefits module; work with the Benefits Oracle Implementation and business teams to understand build and configuration (plans, dependents, limits, etc.)
  • Post-go-live production support : maintain and add new configurations and help ensure a smooth transition
  • Provide internal customers with solutions to utilize Oracle system, roll out new functionality, identify process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must have strong expertise working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module
  • Ideal if coming from a Hospital / Healthcare environment
  • USC or GC holders only; client cannot sponsor at this time

General tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll; coordinate with Payroll team to support business operations, resolve user inquiries and issues, and participate in testing
  • Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
  • Capture requirements and write specifications

    • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module is required
  • Implementation of other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules is a plus
  • Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits is a plus
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • 7+ years of experience

    • Pay Range and Benefits

  • Pay Range : $70 – $75 per hour
