About the Role :
We're seeking a Portfolio Analyst to play a key role in developing and maintaining a robust project portfolio. In this position, you'll work closely with Business Owners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, accuracy, and effective decision-making across the organization.
Location : Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Contract : 12 Months | Potential for Conversion
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop initial project assessments to support portfolio development.
- Facilitate validation sessions with Business Owners and other stakeholders.
- Apply PMO Methodology to translate business needs into actionable project ideas and estimates.
- Maintain accurate project data in portfolio management tools for tracking and reporting.
- Execute full lifecycle activities for projects, enhancements, and research initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations within the project portfolio management system.
- Support executive decision-making through accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
Qualifications :
Deep understanding of PMO MethodologyStrong financial acumen with budgeting & forecasting experienceProficiency in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and / or Agile frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIf you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for portfolio management and data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you!
