The Finance & IT function works to accelerate business growth through ensuring that the company’s operations run efficiently and effectively, ultimately enabling the achievement of company goals.

We are seeking a visionary technology leader to define and drive our enterprise-wide AI strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming how we work, serve customers, and deliver value—through the integration of AI, automation, and intelligent workflows. As a senior member of the IT leadership team, you will operate across functions to identify opportunities, build capabilities, and embed AI-driven thinking into the company’s strategic and operational core.

Your Impact

• You will create clarity in uncertainty by translating complex AI trends into actionable strategies that align with business priorities.
• Know your business by partnering with process owners and functional leaders to reimagine workflows using AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
• Communicate to inspire action by evangelizing AI’s potential across the enterprise, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and fostering a culture of innovation and responsible enablement.

Your Qualifications

The San Francisco Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $256,600 - $318,700 which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
