Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to assist our Program Participants with medical needs and concerns.
Responsibilities :
- Dispense and oversee medication management with oversight from the Healthcare Coordinator
- Assist Cognitive and Behavioral Therapists in behavior management of residents as needed
- Review Medication Administration records
- Communicate daily or as needed with physicians and healthcare providers
- Assist Healthcare Coordinator with monitoring chart accuracy and completion
- Assess and evaluate resident issues and medical concerns
- Document all pertinent resident medical / care information
- Participate in direct care of residents when needed
Qualifications :
Current Pennsylvania LPN License, requiredBLS certification, preferredMust be able to weather the elements, as LPN will travel with the medical cart outside to each resident apartment on campusAbility to maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive environment for both team members and participantsAbility to work weekends and holidays as scheduledDemonstrated ability to remain calm in tense and high-pressure situationsProven track record of timeliness and accountabilityWhat We Offer : $32 / hour!
