Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Division Leader in Charlotte! This is a unique opportunity to lead a newly established division focused on commercial mechanical and plumbing projects within a fast-growing organization. Job Description

The Commercial HVAC - Division Leader / Project Manager - Charlotte will be responsible for :

• Leading the new Commercial HVAC division and reporting to senior operations leadership
• Managing and growing a team starting with 5 direct reports, expanding to 8
• Building and maintaining project schedules
• Selling HVAC services into commercial business clients
• Being hands-on with the crew as needed
• Overseeing commercial duct installations on projects sized $500K-$1M, including schools, storage facilities, and hotels
