Role Overview
As a Software Engineering Manager at Gridware, you will lead a team of engineers building software that directly improves the reliability and resilience of the electric grid. This role blends technical leadership with people management : you’ll stay close to the code and architecture while guiding engineers toward delivering high-impact, mission-critical systems. You’ll partner closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate real-world infrastructure challenges into scalable, cloud-native solutions, while developing engineers into leaders who raise the bar for the entire organization.
