Overview

Position : Insurance Producer

Location : Miami, FL

We're a boutique commercial insurance agency based in Miami, helping businesses of all sizes protect what matters most. We move fast, stay sharp, and give our producers the freedom to truly build something of their own.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business (calls, networking, referrals, emails, and in-person meetings)
  • Build relationships and learn about client needs
  • Present insurance solutions that fit the client and close deals
  • Manage and grow your book of business (yours to keep)
  • Work closely with carriers and track your numbers along the way

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Active 2-20 Property & Casualty License (or Series 215), if you don\'t have one, we\'ll help you get it.
  • At least 1–3 years in B2B sales or 3+ years in insurance sales / service
  • Confidence in prospecting, networking, and closing business
