Key Job Details – PACU RN

Location : Bethlehem, PA 18015 (Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : November 24, 2025

Schedule : Choose from 4x10-hour or 3x12-hour nursing shifts; hours between 8 : 00 AM – 10 : 30 PM

Hours per Week : Up to 40 hours

On-Call : Up to 36 hours every 6 weeks, including up to 2 weekends in a 13-week period

Employment Type : Local, On-Site

Pay Rate : $83.70 / hr

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,250 - $2,370

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania RN license (Registered Nurse jobs in PA)

Minimum 1 year of recent PACU or acute care nursing experience

BLS certification (required for healthcare jobs)

ACLS certification (preferred)

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call and some weekends

Available to work at least one major holiday during the contract period

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-anesthesia and surgical patients

Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
