We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Executive to fuel our rapid growth in the Electronic Security division. This role focuses on generating leads, building robust relationships, and showcasing our exceptional commercial electronic security products and services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a designated territory using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive service and account outsourcing strategies to meet client needs.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
- Create and deliver tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to design and implement custom solutions for complex client needs.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and identify prospective clients.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly to foster relationships and enhance engagement for new business.
- Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies targeting both existing accounts and new client acquisitions.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.Proven track record of attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and / or markets for at least 2 years.Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to streamline workflows and enhance client engagement.Willingness to travel across assigned geographic areas as needed.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in communication.Experience in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.A valid driver's license is required.Comprehensive Benefits Include :
