Descripción del trabajoProvide technical support for enterprise software applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement, configure, and maintain software systems to meet organizational needs. Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to educate users on software applications and technology tools. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning content, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles. Assess user training needs and customize sessions to address specific departmental or individual requirements. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in application support, IT systems administration, or technology training. Proficiency in enterprise software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or industry-specific tools) and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong presentation and instructional skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Compensation : $80-100k+ depending on experience. A competitive compensation package will be available for this position, including Base Salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and more.
