Business Analyst -Mobile :

We are searching for a Business Analyst - Mobile to provide business application support to the functional business units and the information technology department.   In this role you will interface with business users both in Michigan Support Center and the franchises to gather and document business requirements for new and improved technology. The role serves as the technical expert for several custom-developed and commercial off the shelf applications.

Propose and implement process changes to reduce user requests or user confusion

What you will bring :

Work Location :   This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.

Compensation Details :

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At SMB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 to $85,000 plus incentive.
