As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and strong communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for mobile patrols throughout the property. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the facility's operations.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any observed discrepancies.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs identified during patrols according to Allied Universal procedures.

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance as needed and enforcing site protocols.

Support Allied Universal and client management by maintaining a visible presence and upholding a high standard of customer service throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required by the client.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
