Walz Tetrick Advertising is a full-service marketing and advertising agency with a track record of building impactful brand stories and measurable business results. We're looking for a visionary leader to guide our account service team, drive growth, and deliver strategic excellence for our clients.

As Executive Director, Account Service, you'll set the direction for WTA's account service function, ensuring client satisfaction, organic growth, and agency profitability. You'll oversee Group Leaders and their teams while serving as a senior partner to clients and a member of agency leadership.

As the Executive Director, Account Service, your key responsibilities will be :

Business & Financial Leadership

• Set clear goals for Group Leaders and hold them accountable for growth and profitability
• Monitor account financial health, including scopes, revenue, margins, and resourcing
• Partner with finance to optimize account structures, negotiate contracts, and protect profitability
• Establish resourcing models that balance quality and efficiency

Our current work hours are "in office" Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with an option to "work from anywhere" Tuesday and Friday.
