Warehouse Shift Lead plays a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations within a solar manufacturing facility. This position ensures the efficient flow of materials, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds safety and quality standards. The Shift Lead will supervise warehouse associates, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and collaborate with other departments to support production goals.

The range for this position is $27.00 hourly rate - $29.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
