As a Management Trainee in FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in analyzing operating expenses, preparing financial models, and partnering with business units to drive informed decision-making. You will gain exposure to core financial processes and develop the analytical and communication skills essential for a successful career in corporate finance.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of departmental and company-wide operating budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models and variance analysis reports to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate financial performance and trends clearly and effectively to business partners and leadership.
• Apply foundational accounting principles to support accurate financial reporting and analysis.
