Descripción del trabajo5+ yrs BA / Data Analytics experience. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Experience with in-house / custom applications. Salesforce data extraction familiarity; Splunk preferred. Excellent communication & stakeholder interaction skills. Agile / Scrum experience (not leading ceremonies). Bachelor's degree in related field. Experience with REST APIs, Jira, Mural. Knowledge of financial services. Master's / MBA preferred.
Role Overview
Seeking a Sr. Business & Data Analyst to support a cross-functional Agile team. The role involves business analysis, data interpretation, requirements refinement, and stakeholder communication. Approx. 70% BA / 30% Data Analyst work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from Salesforce, Splunk, Pendo & other sources.
- Convert raw / ambiguous data into clear business insights.
- Maintain & improve scorecards / KPIs.
- Refine user stories & clarify requirements.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Present insights to stakeholders in clear business terms.
