About the Role:

Join Wellspring Personal Care as a CNA Live-in and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality personal care in a comfortable home setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary needs.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Document care provided and report changes in client condition to supervisors.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.

Requirements:

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Illinois.

Experience in personal care or home health settings preferred.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Background check and references required.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
