Credentialing Operations Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, Credentialing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve provider data-related challenges

Produce data deliverables and provide expert support for operational functions

Develop and implement credentialing strategies and conduct internal quality audits for compliance

Required Qualifications

4+ years of credentialing experience within a health insurance company

3+ years of experience resolving credentialing issues through data analysis

2+ years of quality auditing experience with a focus on problem identification and solutions

2+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership

Expert in Excel and / or Google Sheets with 3+ years of experience
