Responsibilities

• Assist the agency with sales and customer service tasks.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential and existing clients
• Support the sales team with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and policy processing.
• Collect and maintain organized client records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Help drive new business by generating leads and engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive office environment.
• Work closely with agents to learn the insurance business and develop sales skills.
