At Wright Water Engineers (WWE), we’re passionate about improving rivers, watersheds, and communities through innovative water resource solutions. As a Water Resources Engineer or Geomorphologist, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on meaningful projects such as :
- Stream and river restoration
- Floodplain modeling and regulatory support
- Mud / debris flow analysis
- Fish passage and barrier design
- Stormwater design and watershed planning
- Ditch and diversion structure design
- Water quality evaluation and pond design
This is an opportunity to apply your skills in design, hydrology, and hydraulics while gaining experience on diverse projects that make a real impact.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in civil / environmental engineering or a related geomorphology field1–5 years of relevant professional experience (ideal for early-career professionals)Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil3D and hydrologic / hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyFor engineers : Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, or plans to obtain in the near futureExperience with floodplain regulations is a plusWhat You’ll Gain
