Recruiter For Remote Government Positions

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience recruiting for roles within the Ontario Public Service or the Canadian Federal Government, with a strong understanding of government hiring practices and compliance requirements.

Must have's for this job:

• Should have experience using Flex-track
• Should have experience in writing skills matrix
• Should have experience with the Ontario Government or Canadian Federal Govt.
• Should be a fast sourcer.
• Good communication skills.
