What You'll Do:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants.
• Provide accurate information about housing programs, eligibility, and application processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues related to housing applications or accounts.
• Record and update customer interactions in the database.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex inquiries.
