Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to meet goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Oversee procurement of materials and manage resource allocation effectively. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : a background in construction project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, and scheduling. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams and work with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Competitive salary range of $91,000 to $125,000 annually. Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ Pass for convenience.
