Head of Data Center Operations

A company is looking for a Head of Data Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct 24 / 7 operations of high-density GPU data centers with significant compute capacity

Establish and enhance monitoring, incident response, and change-management processes for optimal uptime and performance

Drive the adoption of reliability-engineering best practices and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

10+ years in data-center or large-scale infrastructure operations

Experience operating production workloads at 20 MW or greater capacity

Expertise in observability and telemetry systems for distributed infrastructure

Familiarity with GPU workloads and high-density rack design

Experience in building and scaling remote operations teams in a startup or high-growth environment
