You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience working in a high-volume setting. When you join us as a Breast Care Coordinator you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will :
- Schedule ultrasound guided & stereotactic biopsies and surgical marker placements
- Obtain, scan pathology results, and resolve lab work requests into eRad
- Coordinate addendum requests with physicians
- Contact patients with results, and fax results when necessary and coordinate with appropriate physician
- Aid in prepping the exam room and assist with post procedure follow up
