Position

Under the direction of the Clinical Social Work Supervisor, the Lead Clinical Psychiatric Social Worker will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and development of staff as well as oversight of key department functions including patient care, supervision of clinical practice of staff, monitoring of set financial targets for staff, and the administrative duties such as hiring, retaining, and counseling of staff. This position works closely with the Clinical Social Work Supervisor and the Division Chair to meet departmental goals.

Master\'s Degree Must meet qualification for an Advanced Clinical Psychiatric Social Worker (Required)

3 years Clinical setting providing therapy to children and families. (Required)
