Client Development Assistant for the Real Estate Group

The Client Development Assistant for the Real Estate group plays a key role in supporting the firm's business development and marketing efforts. This position provides the data, process, and coordination backbone for the Real Estate practice, helping ensure CRM accuracy, thoughtful reporting, and smooth execution of client development initiatives. Working closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams, the Assistant provides day-to-day support for relationship-building efforts, maintains practice content, and assists with organizing information and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, organization, and supporting a fast-paced, sophisticated practice in a team-oriented environment.

What You Will Do :

• Support the execution of business development initiatives for the Real Estate practice by working closely with attorneys and internal teams on day-to-day marketing and client development needs.
• Develop knowledge of Real Estate legal marketing, including key practice areas, market trends, attorneys, and client priorities, and apply that knowledge to support client outreach and initiatives.
• Provide operational and data support for client development efforts, including maintaining CRM data, managing client and prospect lists, tracking activities, and assisting with basic reporting.
• Coordinate practice group meetings, internal communications, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent execution and information sharing across the team.
• Support firm-hosted and firm-sponsored events and outreach initiatives, including invitation management, RSVP tracking, event logistics support, and post-event follow-up.
• Gather and organize competitive intelligence and market research in collaboration with the marketing research team to support pitches, events, and client development activities.
• Assist with maintaining organized files, templates, tools, and systems that support efficient and effective business development processes, and take on additional projects as needed to support team objectives.

This position is eligible for overtime : Yes. The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience : Boston $50,000 - $60,000 | New York $55,000 - $65,000 | San Francisco $57,000 - $67,000
