Primary Care Physician

Join our client, a mission-driven primary care practice dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare for women 60+. They are building a new, patient-centric model that addresses the unique needs of women later in life, moving beyond rushed, generalized care.

The Role :

As a key member of our client's interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on geriatric medicine for women. Your responsibilities will include managing complex chronic conditions, medication management, and providing empathetic patient education. This role operates within a value-based care model, focusing on quality metrics and population health.

Core Qualifications :

• MD / DO with board certification (ABFM, ABIM, etc.)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing complex diseases (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular, menopause, osteoporosis) - They are open to residency experience!
• Experience in geriatric medicine, particularly with female patients
• Experience with poly-pharmacy management and devising individualized care plans
• Understanding of or willingness to learn Value-Based Care
• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centric care
